We’ve compared our most popular services with the average price of our main competitors’ equivalent services. By ‘main competitors’ we mean at least three of the largest suppliers by market share who sell a comparable product.
The saving shown is based on the average of these competitors’ pricing when compared with an equivalent new customer who takes four services – energy (Double Gold variable), broadband (Ultra), mobile (Unlimited) and insurance (Boiler & Home Cover) and pays by direct debit.

Energy
Our Double Gold Tariff compared to the Government’s energy price cap (which is currently where most large suppliers variable tariffs are priced). Calculated based on the typical domestic consumption values (as set by Ofgem) of 2,900 kwh of general domestic electricity and 12,000 kwh gas across all 14 regions. Correct 04/07/2022.
Broadband
This saving compares our Ultra broadband on a 18 month contract (incl. 10% discount for taking mobile – available to owner-occupiers and established tenants only) to BT (24 month contract), TalkTalk, Virgin Media and Sky (18 month contract) on fibre 40Mb product or nearest equivalent. Mobile
The average saving of our Unlimited Mobile SIM only tariff compared with the closest equivalent tariff from EE (24 month contract), Virgin Media (24 month contract), Vodafone, 02, and Three (equivalent 30 day rolling contracts where available). Insurance

Cashback Card
£50 credit is paid on first top up to qualifying customers who switch their energy, broadband, mobile, and an insurance product (either Boiler & Home Cover, or Income Protector) to us. Cashback credit must be used within six months.
